Privacy Policy
Puzzlify · Last updated: June 10, 2026
Puzzlify ("Puzzlify", "the App") is a mobile puzzle game operated by David Pristaš, Czech Republic ("the Developer", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information related to gameplay, Apple Game Center, purchases, subscriptions, advertising, rewarded ads, downloaded puzzle content, and optional iCloud sync.
Puzzlify does not require a first-party account and does not ask players to create an email or password login. Most saved game information stays on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, saved game information is stored in your private iCloud database through Apple CloudKit.
Who Is Responsible For The App
For privacy laws that use the terms "controller", "business", or similar concepts, the responsible operator of Puzzlify is:
David Pristaš

This policy applies to the Puzzlify mobile app and the public Privacy Policy page at https://davidpristas.cz/puzzlify/privacy.
Information Puzzlify Stores Or Processes
Puzzlify stores or processes the following categories of information to provide the game:
- Saved game progress and gameplay state: app-generated player/profile IDs, optional display name, level progress, XP, achievements, completed puzzles and packs, puzzle sessions, puzzle setup options, puzzle seed, elapsed time, move count, completion percentage, helper usage, piece positions, group state, camera state, checkpoints, and related gameplay metadata.
- Apple Game Center data: if you use Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center nickname, avatar, player identifier, scores, achievements, leaderboard activity, challenge or multiplayer activity, friends, and players you play with. Puzzlify may receive Game Center identifiers and gameplay result data needed to submit achievements, scores, or other supported Game Center activity.
- Virtual currency, rewards, and unlocks: coin balance, wallet transaction history, daily reward state, rewarded-ad coin claim dates, owned packs, owned images, owned piece styles, purchased sizes, and claimed rewards.
- App settings and preferences: haptics, sound, volume, tilt sensitivity, iCloud sync setting, downloaded-image retention preference, preferred piece style, and other local settings.
- Purchase and subscription entitlement data: product IDs, purchase dates, StoreKit transaction-derived identifiers, subscription status, expiration date, grace period information, and entitlement state needed to unlock content and restore purchases.
- Advertising, consent, and ad interaction data: information processed through Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, and SKAdNetwork/Apple attribution technologies, depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices.
- Downloaded puzzle content and caches: curated puzzle previews and original curated images downloaded for gameplay, faster loading, and offline use where available.
- Standard network information: when the App downloads puzzle content or communicates with Apple, Google, or the Developer's hosting provider, those services may process standard technical data such as IP address, device/browser connection data, request time, and diagnostics.
How We Use Information
Puzzlify uses information to provide gameplay, save and restore progress, sync progress across devices when iCloud sync is enabled, support Apple Game Center achievements or leaderboards where available, process purchases and subscriptions, unlock paid or earned content, manage coins and rewards, show ads and rewarded ads, remember settings, download curated puzzle content, prevent duplicate rewards or coin grants, maintain app functionality, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions with similar rules, the legal bases may include performance of a contract to provide the App, your consent for personalized advertising or tracking where required, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the App, and compliance with legal obligations.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Puzzlify uses Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases and subscriptions. Apple processes payments through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card number or App Store account password.
The App stores purchase and entitlement state, product IDs, purchase dates, subscription status, expiration/grace period information, and transaction-derived wallet entries needed to unlock content, restore purchases, manage subscriptions, apply coin packs, unlock piece styles, and prevent duplicate coin grants.
Advertising And Consent
Puzzlify uses Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform, App Tracking Transparency, and SKAdNetwork identifiers to support ad-funded free play, consent flows, and ad attribution where applicable.
Depending on your region and choices, Google and its advertising partners may process identifiers, device information, advertising data, usage and ad interaction data, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, performance data, and other information described in Google's SDK disclosures and privacy policies.
If you allow tracking and give any legally required advertising consent, ads may be personalized. If you do not allow tracking or do not give required consent, the App should request non-personalized or limited ads where available. Apple's App Tracking Transparency choice can be managed in iOS Settings. Advertising consent choices may also be available through the Google consent form shown in the App where required.
Puzzlify may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Subscriptions or purchases may remove or reduce some ads, but rewarded ads may still be available to all players, including subscribers, when they choose to watch an ad for an in-game reward.
Downloaded Curated Images And Caches
Puzzlify downloads curated puzzle images and previews from the Developer's web hosting using standard network requests. Preview thumbnails may be cached for faster loading, and eligible users may store original curated images locally for offline play and faster loading.
These cached images are app content, not personal photos. Network requests to download them may expose standard connection data such as IP address, request time, and device/network information to the asset host and hosting provider.
iCloud Sync
iCloud sync is optional. If enabled, Puzzlify uses Apple CloudKit with the user's Apple ID/iCloud account to sync saved game data such as player profile records, wallet transactions, ownership records, puzzle session metadata, daily reward state, and sync index records.
Public CloudKit records may be used for shared catalog content such as puzzle packs, images, categories, and events. Private iCloud records are stored in your private iCloud database and are processed by Apple according to Apple's privacy terms. We do not operate a separate server account system for your saved game data.
User Controls
- Turn iCloud sync on or off in Settings.
- Run a manual iCloud sync when iCloud sync is enabled.
- Reset local device data, including local sessions, progress, wallet state, downloaded files, cache data, and settings.
- Delete private iCloud saved data for the user's Apple ID and turn off iCloud sync on the device.
- Manage or delete downloaded image originals and preview cache data.
- Manage tracking permission in iOS Settings and advertising consent where the consent form is available.
- Manage Game Center account, profile, friend, nearby player, activity sharing, and related settings in iOS Settings.
- Restore and manage purchases through Apple.
Because most saved game information is stored on your device or in your private iCloud database, the in-app reset and iCloud deletion controls are the primary way to delete Puzzlify saved game data.
Third-Party Services
Puzzlify uses these third-party services:
- Apple App Store and StoreKit: purchases, subscriptions, refunds, purchase restoration, and entitlement verification.
- Apple Game Center: achievements, leaderboards, player profile, player identifiers, friends, challenges, multiplayer or nearby-player features where supported, and related game activity.
- Apple iCloud and CloudKit: optional saved game sync through your Apple ID/iCloud account.
- Apple App Tracking Transparency and SKAdNetwork/attribution technologies: tracking permission and privacy-preserving ad attribution.
- Google Mobile Ads: banner, interstitial, rewarded ads, ad delivery, ad measurement, and related diagnostics.
- Google User Messaging Platform: privacy and advertising consent messages where required.
- Developer website and hosting provider: delivery of curated puzzle image assets and this Privacy Policy page.
Apple, Google, and the hosting provider process information under their own privacy policies and service terms. Their practices may depend on your device settings, region, consent choices, and account settings.
Data Not Collected By App Code
Puzzlify does not currently implement first-party accounts, email login, Sign in with Apple, HealthKit, precise location, contacts, camera capture, microphone access, or first-party analytics and crash reporting SDKs.
Custom photo puzzle creation is not currently available in the App Store-facing product. If that feature is enabled in a future submitted build, this policy will be updated before release.
Data Retention
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset local app data, clear downloaded content, or uninstall the App. Private iCloud records remain until deleted through app settings or Apple account/iCloud controls. Game Center activity, purchase records, and subscription information are retained by Apple under Apple's policies. Advertising, consent, diagnostics, and ad measurement data processed by Google are retained under Google's policies. Standard web hosting logs are retained by the hosting provider according to its policies and legal obligations.
International Processing
Puzzlify is offered in many countries and regions. Apple, Google, and the Developer's hosting provider may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required, these providers are responsible for using appropriate safeguards for international transfers under their own terms and privacy frameworks.
User Choices And Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have privacy rights such as the right to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where those concepts apply; and complain to a privacy authority.
For players in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, California, other United States privacy-law states, Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia-Pacific, and other regions with privacy laws, we will handle privacy requests according to the rights that apply in your location.
You can exercise many choices directly in the App by disabling iCloud sync, resetting local data, deleting iCloud saved data, managing downloaded content, managing tracking permission in iOS Settings, managing ad consent where available, and managing purchases through Apple.
If you contact us at developer@davidpristas.cz, we may need enough information to understand and verify your request. Because we do not operate first-party accounts and saved game data is usually stored only on your device or in your private iCloud database, we may not be able to access or delete data directly unless the App provides a control for it or you provide enough context.
We do not sell personal information for money. Personalized advertising or ad measurement by advertising partners may be treated as "sharing", "targeted advertising", or similar activity under some privacy laws. You can control this through App Tracking Transparency, the Google consent form where available, and device-level privacy settings.
Security
Puzzlify uses reasonable technical safeguards provided by iOS, StoreKit, CloudKit, and standard HTTPS connections to protect app data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Puzzlify is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not listed in Apple's Kids category and is not directed to children under 13. The App has a 4+ Apple age rating and may have different regional ratings, such as A12 in Brazil, but those ratings do not mean the App is directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or under the age where parental consent is required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Puzzlify without appropriate consent, please contact developer@davidpristas.cz. If a future version is designed for children or listed in a kids category, this policy and the App's advertising/data practices will be reviewed before release.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when Puzzlify changes, when third-party SDKs change, or when legal requirements change. Any changes will be posted on this page. The date at the top of this page shows when the policy was last updated.
