Frequently Asked Questions

Puzzlify · English only

General

What is Puzzlify?

Puzzlify is a puzzle game built around curated image puzzles, multiple puzzle modes, progression, unlocks, helpers, rewards, saved sessions, and optional iCloud sync.

What makes Puzzlify different from a classic jigsaw app?

Puzzlify combines familiar jigsaw-style solving with modern puzzle modes, progression, collectible content, helpers, and saved sessions. Current public gameplay focuses on curated image puzzles.

Is Puzzlify free to play?

Yes. Puzzlify includes free play supported by ads and optional purchases. You can earn coins through gameplay and daily rewards, and you can optionally buy coin packs, piece styles, or a subscription.

What languages does Puzzlify support?

Puzzlify currently supports English only.

Gameplay

What puzzle sizes are available?

Current puzzle sizes are XS with 25 pieces, S with 49 pieces, M with 100 pieces, L with 196 pieces, XL with 324 pieces, XXL with 484 pieces, and XXXL with 784 pieces. Some larger sizes require player level progression before they become available.

Why are some puzzle sizes locked?

Larger curated puzzle sizes are gated by player level and completion progress. For curated images, buying an image unlocks XS, S, and M immediately. L, XL, XXL, and XXXL require the needed level and previous-size completion for that image.

Can I make puzzles from my own photos?

Not in the current App Store-facing build. Puzzlify currently focuses on curated image puzzles. Own-photo puzzle creation may be considered for a future update.

What puzzle modes are available?

Puzzlify supports Classic, Expansion, Realistic, and Sliding sessions where available. Availability can depend on the selected image, setup rules, and current feature state.

Can I save an unfinished puzzle?

Yes. Puzzle sessions are saved with progress such as piece positions, groups, moves, elapsed time, helper usage, and camera state. Saved sessions can be resumed later.

Can I delete active sessions?

Yes. Puzzlify includes active session management and saved data controls. Deleting or resetting data can remove local saved sessions.

Helpers And Rewards

What are helpers?

Helpers are tools that make solving easier. Current helper categories include preview image, edge highlight, border-pieces-only, target position, reveal one piece, and auto-complete small percentage.

Which helpers are free?

Preview image, edge highlight, and border-pieces-only are currently documented as free helpers.

Which helpers are limited or paid with coins?

Target position and reveal one piece are limited helper types. Auto-complete small percentage is a paid helper. Current documented coin prices are reveal one piece for 5 coins, target position for 10 coins, and auto-complete small percentage for 15 coins.

How do I earn coins and XP?

Curated puzzle completions grant coins and XP. Puzzlify also includes daily login rewards, daily rewarded-ad coin offers, achievements, full-image completion rewards, and pack completion rewards.

Purchases, Ads, And Sync

What can I buy?

The shop includes subscription access, coin packs, and piece styles. Curated images and packs can also be unlocked with coins according to the game economy.

What does the subscription do?

Active subscription access disables ads and enables Puzzlify Plus-only access and storage behavior, including unlimited downloaded originals on device.

Are purchases handled by Apple?

Yes. In-app purchases and subscriptions use StoreKit. Apple processes payment. Puzzlify stores entitlement and unlock state so purchased content, coin packs, styles, and subscriptions work correctly.

Can I restore purchases?

Yes. The Shop screen includes a Restore Purchases action.

Why did my subscription status change?

Puzzlify tracks StoreKit subscription state, including active, grace period, billing retry, expired, and revoked states. Subscription access is active for active and grace-period states.

Why does Puzzlify show ads?

Ads support free play. Puzzlify can show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Active subscribers do not receive ads.

Can I remove ads?

Active subscribers do not receive ads according to the current ad service behavior.

Why does Puzzlify ask for tracking permission?

Puzzlify uses Google Mobile Ads and requests App Tracking Transparency permission so ads can be more relevant where allowed. You can deny tracking permission and manage it later in iOS Settings.

What is the consent form for?

Puzzlify uses Google User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent where required, such as for relevant privacy regions.

What are rewarded ads?

Rewarded ads are optional ads you can watch to earn a reward, such as a daily coin offer or free unlock flow, depending on the current app rules.

What Apple account does iCloud sync use?

CloudKit uses your Apple ID/iCloud account. Puzzlify does not currently implement a separate first-party email or password account.

Is iCloud sync required?

No. iCloud sync is optional and can be toggled in Settings.

What does iCloud sync save?

Private iCloud sync stores saved game data such as player profile records, wallet transactions, ownership records, puzzle session metadata, daily reward state, and sync index records. Public CloudKit records are used for shared catalog content.

Can I sync manually?

Yes. Settings includes a Sync Now action when iCloud sync is enabled.

Can I delete iCloud saved data?

Yes. Settings includes Delete iCloud Saved Data, which deletes private CloudKit records for your Apple ID and turns off iCloud sync on the device so local data is not uploaded again automatically.

Can I reset local saved data?

Yes. Settings includes Reset Local Device Data. This removes local sessions, progress, purchases and unlocks stored locally, wallet state, downloaded files and caches, and settings. It does not delete iCloud data.

Can I manage downloaded images?

Yes. Settings includes image storage controls for clearing preview cache. Active subscribers can also keep, delete, and manage downloaded originals.

Who can keep downloaded originals?

Downloaded originals are a Puzzlify Plus feature. Active subscribers can preserve unlimited originals on device; non-subscribers cannot download originals.

Privacy And Data

Does Puzzlify require an account?

No separate first-party account is currently implemented. Optional iCloud sync uses your Apple ID/iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit system.

What data does Puzzlify save?

Puzzlify saves gameplay progress, sessions, wallet and coin state, ownership and unlocks, settings, purchase entitlement state, and optional private iCloud sync records.

Does Puzzlify collect location, contacts, health, camera, or microphone data?

Current app code does not implement precise location, contacts, HealthKit, camera capture, or microphone access.

Does Puzzlify use analytics or crash reporting SDKs?

No first-party analytics or crash reporting SDK was found in the scanned app code. Apple and Google SDKs may provide their own diagnostics or advertising-related disclosures.

Where can I find the Privacy Policy?

The public Privacy Policy is available on the Puzzlify Privacy Policy page.

Troubleshooting

I cannot start a large puzzle. Why?

The selected size may require a higher player level, previous-size completion, image ownership, subscription access, or downloaded image availability depending on the puzzle.

My puzzle image does not load. What should I try?

Check network availability, retry the puzzle, or clear downloaded image/cache data from Settings. If the image is curated content, the remote asset must be available.

My iCloud sync is unavailable. Why?

The device may not be signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive may be restricted, CloudKit may be temporarily unavailable, or the network may be offline. Settings shows sync status and error text.

I watched a rewarded ad but did not get the reward. What should I do?

Try reopening the app and checking your wallet state. For support, include your device model, iOS version, approximate time, and what ad/reward flow was used.

I bought coins or a style but it is not showing. What should I do?

Use Restore Purchases from the Shop. If the issue remains, include the product type, approximate purchase time, and whether the App Store shows the purchase as completed.

Will deleting the app remove my progress?

Deleting the app can remove local app data. If iCloud sync was enabled and private iCloud records remain, progress may be recoverable after reinstalling and syncing. If iCloud saved data was deleted too, that remote recovery path is removed.
